So as the terms define hot desk means first cum first seating service and no seating means when there is ample amount of sofas or other seating arrangements so that employees can ditch the work desk arrangements.

3. Quiet Zones- With open spaces comes the problem of noise issues, therefore the accommodation has to be done in an efficient manner so that it helps in maintaining quiet zones. The area of these zones varies from office to office like there are some offices which create a library for its employees and there are some who keeps a designated room can be of any size and marks it as a quiet zone.

4.   Naturally, Green Biophilic Design- Biophilic designs are the latest trend in modern offices it plays a key role in enhancing the work quality of the employees. With biophilic designs, employees feel more close to nature and it creates a positive impact on their work. The biophilic design comes with green walls ( made of plants mounted on woods, metal fencing or strings) it also uses indoor greenhouses, naturally lit glass panels, indoor grassy areas as well as renewable energy sources.

5.   Home Sweet Office- While most of the employees time is spent in the office, modern offices are trying to set up the office spaces in such a way so that it gives them a more comfortable vibe. 6.  Digital Offices-  This type of office does not have any office address at all. All work is handled virtually. It cuts down the cost of hiring an actual space for the office. It further enhances the creativity among the employee’s which shows in their work from time to time.
